"Veja"
As instruções de Moisés nesta parashá se referem à proibição absoluta da idolatria, pois Deus escolheu a Terra Santa para que nela habite Seu Nome e é dever dos Israelitas guardarem Suas leis e comandos, rechaçando por completo o costume dos povos que lá viviam. Caso contrário, os filhos de Israel serão amaldiçoados e perecerão. A forma de ofertar sacrifícios também é esclarecida aqui, bem como as leis de kashrut. Moisés detalha os três festivais de peregrinação: Pêssach, Shavuʿot e Sukot.
